Children and staff dressed up for World Book Day.
Having made it through the snow activities included searching for Wally, Wenda and Woof, a fancy dress competition, making bookmarks and of course, reading.
There was an amazing and colourful array of costumes. So many made a super effort to dress as a character from a book. We had Little Red Riding Hoods, various Harry Potter characters, and so much more.
Alice in Wonderland was a popular person.
Roald Dahl characters made an appearance, including Verucca Salt, an Oompa Loompa and Will Wonka.
The Boy in the Dress came with his football.
Many characters and many books were on show.
Well done to the children and of course, the parents, who took the time to prepare the children for school, despite the weather.
Staff included Charlotte and her web, Pippi Longstocking, Dickon from the Secret Garden, Little Red Riding Hood and Willy Wonka (or the child catcher if you prefer).
